Watch the 3 Minute and 30 Second AVATAR Trailer

I’ll admit it: I was less than impressed with the first “Avatar” trailer.  I thought the movie looked decent, but it wasn’t the cinematic revolution everyone in Hollywood was talking about.  But friend after friend that had seen the 3D footage at Comic-Con and on “Avatar” day kept telling me you’ve got to see the footage in 3D.  They all said the first trailer didn’t have the magic that is “Avatar”.  And after watching the just released three and a half minute trailer for James Cameron’s return to movie theaters, I am now officially on board and shutting up.  This movie looks fantastic and any bit of hesitation has vanished.  If you were in the same boat as me about the first trailer, you absolutely need to watch this new one.  You’ll be sold.

This trailer it’s for those who said that Cameron doesn’t have it anymore, well, here you got, just like he said, wait until the technology necessary, and that’s what you get from his hand, and epic picture like only him can pull.

THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME!!! The score of ‘The Island’ makes it even more epic.Way, WAY better than the teaser trailer. I’m looking forward to this big time.

If ever there was a movie worthy of a big screen viewing, this is it.Everybody is just gonna blow away when they see it in 3d.It should be watched on big screen in 3d and not in front of computer and then make your judgment.

This movie will make it’s mark .I think all these years we have been hearing about how good it is now it’s good to finally see a epic trailer.Looks like James Cameron wants to back with a bang.

I understand that a lot of people are thrown off by the design of the Na’vi, since they kinda look like the product of a steamy night between Pocahontas and Lion-O from the ThunderCats.
But, calling the CGI “terrible” is just stupid. You can see every pore, every wrinkle on their skin, the eyes look incredibly real, and their movements are as fluid as it gets.
People just have a problem with the “photo-real” aspect of the movie, because the Na’vi look so different and cartoony, it’s hard to look past it.
That doesn’t take away from the quality of the CGI, though.

I am not exceptionally excited for this movie, but I still wanna see it, and I am optimistic that it will be a fantastic experience in 3D.

    WOW! Colour me interested!

The first trailer was OK, but looked cartoony, this however!!!! Jaw dropping! However, it does kinda feel like ive just watched at least half of the damn movie already! A trailer that gave away waaaay too much. … again!

As for the imax and 3D talk, not interested untill a cinema near where i live will show it to its potential, zero access to either 3D or Imax, so i hope the movie does not just rely on this new gimmick to sell. It better be a great film anyways!
