Not exactally correct
I think you are confusing the 5" and 6" lines for the Dark Knight. The Movie Masters are not the same as the 5" TDK line. The 5" line is aimed at kids have have a more 'cartoony' looking Joker. There are a couple of different versions of the 5" Joker. One in purple, one with a green jacket, and one in a TRU 4-pack. The 5" line were sculpted in house by Mattel. These can already be found on store shelves in the US. The 6" Movie Masters line is more of a collector line and were sculpted by the Four Horsemen. These are also currently shipping, but have been a little harder to find since they haven't appeared at many Target stores yet (the Target toy aisles are due for a nationwide reset in the next 2 weeks). But they ARE out there and not as limited as scalpers on-line would lead you to believe. The 6" Joker WILL continue to ship in this line. I confirmed this today with Mattel. Their official response is: "The Joker figure from the upcoming Batman: The Dark Knight line will not be changed from the current version. Mattel does not discuss production runs but by the end of the summer collectors and kids will be able to add all the Dark Knight characters to their collection." Hope that helps.
