By know all of you have heard the buzz on “Slumdog Millionaire”. It’s not only won the hearts of audiences across the country, it’s one of the favorite films of almost every critic I know. And after last night’s win at the Golden Globes, it’s sure to gain even more fans. While sometimes Hollywood gets it wrong with their end of the year nominations, this is one of those rare films that gets it right.

Anyhow, at tonight’s LAFCA (Los Angeles Film Critics Awards) ceremony in Beverly Hills, I managed to interview a few of the guests on the red carpet and the ones below are with the people behind “Slumdog Millionaire”.

While you won’t learn anything new about the movie, you will get to see how excited they all still are after winning so many awards last night. They’re still on cloud nine and none of them have slept. As usual, I’ve listed what I asked. Again, if you haven’t seen “Slumdog” yet, go see it!

Freida Pinto and Dev Patel

  • How was last night at the Golden Globes – they also talk about how little they’ve slept
  • They’re about to go to India to promote the movie…I ask what they’re expecting
  • I ask if they were nervous the movie wasn’t going to come out as WB originally had it and then Fox Searchlight got it…

Danny Boyle

  • What has this experience been like for him
  • After winning the Globes last night…we talk Oscar…
  • He talks about the tour they are about to go on as they’re traveling around the world
  • Is he thinking about his next project

Composer A.R. Rahman

  • What’s this experience been like for him
  • When he was writing, did he ever think the film would explode the way it has
  • What was the most challenging part of the film –n he said he had to do it all in 3 weeks
  • What does he have coming up
