John Cho and Anton Yelchin Exclusive Video Interview – STAR TREK

Over the past few days I’ve posted a number of video interviews with the cast of J.J. Abrams “Star Trek”. Here’s a few links: Simon Pegg, Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto, Eric Bana, Bruce Greenwood, Karl Urban and Zoe Saldana, and J.J. Abrams.

In each of the intros I’ve mentioned how much I loved this reboot, and how it’s absolutely worth your hard earned money this weekend. So rather than have me go on and on again…let’s get right to why you’re here – my video interview with John Cho and Anton Yelchin.

In the film, John plays Hikaru Sulu and Anton plays Pavel Chekov. Both are great, and each character is given a few moments to shine.

And that’s another reason why I loved this film.

While some movies that have a lot of characters never find a way to balance everyone, “Trek” is a perfect mix. Each person is given a great line or a memorable scene so no one is left out.

Again, can’t recommend the film enough. Finally, I’ve joined the ever growing world of Twitter

John Cho and Anton Yelchin

·         After I say congrats on the performances, I ask if it’s great to finally be able to talk about the movie

·         Did they have a lot of friends ask to come to the set and what happens in the movie

·         I ask John a question from Simon Pegg

·         Did they recognize all the easter eggs in the movie

·         They talk about the secrecy when reading the script

·         What did J.J. tell them to do to get ready to play these parts
