Opening on February 22^nd is the new Michel Gondry movie “Be Kind Rewind.” While I’d normally wait until closer to release to post my interviews, since most of the cast is going to be at Sundance and they’ll be doing a lot of press while there, I wanted to get a jump on it and post them immediately.

Also, I decided to spend most of the time talking about Sundance and each person’s upcoming projects. Needless to say, the interviews would be very dated if I ran them in February.

Anyway, posted below is my interview with Danny Glover. I will say it was quite cool to talk with Danny…as I grew up with the “Lethal Weapon” series and I never, ever thought that one day I’d be interviewing him on camera.

And for those who don’t know what “Be Kind Rewind” is about…. The very short summary is Jack Black unintentionally erases all the tapes in a video store where his best friend works, and they are forced to re-create and re-film every movie the customers decide to rent. And if you have seen any Michel Gondry movie, you know it’ll have a very interesting look.
