Due to scheduling issues, James Franco has bowed out of starring in director Christopher Nolan’s next film “Inception”. Instead, the brilliant filmmaker has cast Joseph Gordon-Levitt in his place.

While many projects say they are losing a cast member to “scheduling issues”, that's usually their way of protecting someone from looking bad in the media. However, due to Mr. Nolan’s track record, I’m going to actually believe this is the truth. Also, I’d heard a few months ago that James Franco was being offered a ton of parts and he wasn’t sure how he was going to make it all work.

And while I’d love to tell you all about “Inception”, no one has any idea about the story. It’s guarded like no script in recent memory.

The only thing for sure is the cast, and starring in the film is Leonardo DiCaprio, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page and Cillian Murphy.

Also, the logline for the movie is "a contemporary sci-fi actioner set within the architecture of the mind."

Right now the plan is to shoot the film this summer and release it in 2010. Obviously we will cover this film, so expect updates as we get them.
