THE DARK KNIGHT Gets a New International Poster
12/13/2007

Fandom has been waiting for tonight since Warner Bros. announced they were making a sequel to “Batman Begins.” Yup, tonight the world will finally see footage from “The Dark Knight.” In case you didn’t know, attached to all prints of the new Will Smith sci-fi movie “I Am Legend” is a special “Dark Knight” trailer. And if you didn’t know, there are two to choose from.

If you see “I Am Legend” in a normal 35mm theater you’ll get a normal movie trailer. However, if you go see “I Am Legend” in an IMAX theater…you’ll get something AMAZING. The thing to know is director Christopher Nolan shot five sequences from the new movie using an IMAX camera. And tonight he premieres one of them in front of “I Am Legend.”

In case you missed my write up…I saw the footage and it was jawdropping. Seriously, it was flawless. Instead of me re-writing what I already said…just read it here.

But now the reason for the article.

As you’ve probably seen in the videos that run on Collider, there is another logo embedded in the videos. The logo is for Omelete, and they’re my partners down in Latin America. So where am I going with this? Omelete has just premiered the brand new “Dark Knight” international poster and it’s below.

I’m so onboard with this movie that I won’t complain about anything. Not that there is anything to bitch about. Seriously, Chris Nolan is playing me like a master violinist and I'm loving it. So if you’re looking for critical thinking on the one-sheet…we’ll see if Matt chimes in.

And remember…. if you have the choice, see “I Am Legend” in IMAX. You'll thank me later.
