Stop right there!

I know you have been hurt by Adam Sandler recently. Your young and innocent devotion to his early comedy was repaid with inferior trash like “Click” and you swore that you wouldn’t waste another dime to contribute to his spiral into toothless, family films. But before you exit this post, remember that “Zohan” was co-written by Sandler and a guy named Judd Apatow (maybe you’ve heard of him) as well as SNL “TV Funhouse” creator Robert Smigel.

How bad could it be?

Well, I guess I can’t blame you for being skeptical.

“You Don’t Mess With the Zohan” is about an Israeli commando who fakes his death so he can move to New York to follow his true passion – styling hair. It is due out from Sony on June 8, and we can all see how good (or bad) the Zohan is then. One thing I can tell you, Rob Schneider IS present in this footage.

Well, you’ve got to admire Sandler’s dedication to his friends, anyway.
