Somewhere deep in soul, I pray for Adam Sandler to one day return to the absurdist comedy that once brought him into my heart.  The kind of comedy where Steve Buscemi can make out with a giant penguin or have a fight with Bob Barker.  Sadly, it looks like Sandler's upcoming "You Don't Mess With The Zohan" is the closest he'll ever return to that and after watching the trailer, I didn't laugh once.  This looks like a mediocre SNL sketch stretched out to God knows how long.  After this trailer I had to check to see what day it was.  It was not yet June 6th, when the film about an Israeli commando who decides to become a hairstylist, hits theatres and I watch my copy of "Billy Madison" and weep openly.
