Ready for IRON MAN 2?

Today is the big day folks. The suspiciously early summer movie season (fucking global warming) kicks off with Jon Favreau's "Iron Man." Come on - you know you want to see it. And even before most people have caught their first glimpse of Tony Stark (aside from in those ubiquitous little trailers, at any rate) Paramount is already gearing up for an "Iron Man" sequel – according to IESB.net.
IESB cornered Robert Downey Jr.'s physical trainer Brad Bose at the LA premiere and he confirmed that Downey will start training for the sequel, like, today – or after all of this red carpet hoopla dies down, one assumes. Bose claims he will have his star ready to squeeze back into his metal suit in just five months, so wow, that means that an "Iron Man" sequel could be ready as early as Christmas – although next summer seems a better bet – it's working out this year, right?
It seems that Paramount isn't wasting any time capitalizing on what just about everyone believes is going to be a giant hit – the movie is tracking well, critical response (especially for Downey) has been surprisingly positive and, hey, everybody loves a sequel, right?
Trainer Brad Bose also said that he plans to add more pounds to Downey's physique (10 to be exact) for "Iron Man 2." You know - more Russell Crowe, less Robert Downey Jr., I guess. Go and get muscle-bound with my blessings, Mr. Downey. It's been a long road and you deserve to cash in a little. Just think hard before signing on for "Iron Man 3" – you know it's the third movie that always kills the comic franchise.
