There are two movies coming next year featuring mall cops as the leads.

The first one is “Paul Blart: Mall Cop,” and it features Kevin James in a clearly borderline G rated film. The trailer is below and it's horrible. If you can’t find at least a minute of funny material for a movie trailer, wow…you’re film isn’t going to be good. At all. The trailer below looks like a bad straight to DVD movie.

But there is another mall cop movie coming…and it’s called “Observe and Report.” This film features Seth Rogen as a mall cop…but he’s partnered up with director Jody Hill (“The Foot Fist Way”) and they’ve made a very R rated comedy. I went to the set of “Observe” and can tell you that I laughed a lot while watching the filming, and there is no way that film won’t deliver the goods.

So while you wait for a great, funny trailer, you can watch this. It’s painful. You are warned. Click here for HD.
