Remember a few years back when Jackie Chan said he was retiring? Or that he wouldn't make films for American audiences anymore? Yeah, neither of those happened so much.
While contradictory to the "retirement" remark, Chan is in the clear for making films non-American films as he'll be in breezy, beautiful Beijing for this next flick, "Junior Soldiers". Variety gives the film one of the greatest descriptions ever: "Chan will produce, star, and write the screenplay, which focuses on three people and a horse," There's another film that would fit that description. It's called "Ride Me Like a Pony". It does not involve kung-fu.
"Junior Soldiers" is also set during the Qin dynasty and "is essentially a road movie". I guess that's where the horse comes in. I PRAY that's where the horse comes in.
